Official Rules — Mine Spiders “No-Death” Challenge

Prize: $1,000 USD to the first valid submission.
Objective: Complete Mine Spiders from start to finish (Level 1 to the end of the game) with zero deaths in a single continuous run. You Do not need to kill all enemies to complete a level but just survive. 

How to Qualify

• Stream LIVE your entire run on one major platform (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.).

• The stream must remain continuous. You may pause the game for breaks/sleep, but you may not close/restart the game or interrupt the run timer. THERE IS NO STREAM/ VIDEO TIME LIMIT, TRY AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE. 

• Post the full Video publicly after the stream (no cuts or edits).

• The stream title/description must clearly say “LIVE,” or the platform’s live indicator must be visible in the video.

• Share the Video twice on social media (e.g., two separate posts—or one post + one highlight) across any two platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Include #MineSpidersChallenge.

• Email the Mine Spiders Steam contact with: minespidersgame@gmail.com

  • Link to the full VOD/Video

  • Links to the two social posts

  • Proof of purchase (Steam receipt/order ID )

Run Requirements

• Platform/Build: Current live Steam build at time of attempt.

• Integrity: No mods, cheats, debug commands, or save editing.

• Continuity: No splicing—the VOD must be continuous from New Game/ game completion.

• Run Time Limit: You must complete the game within 2 hours as shown on the in-game “Run Time” timer.

  • The timer must remain visible on-screen for the entire run.

  • Pausing the game will pause the timer, which is acceptable.

  • Closing/restarting the game or breaking the timer sequence will invalidate the run.

• Hiccups: Minor stream hiccups are okay if gameplay and timer remain fully visible and uninterrupted.

• HUD/UI: Keep all HUD/UI visible at all times, including the Run Time timer.

Verification & Winner

• First valid email received wins (based on email timestamp).

• Team will review the video to confirm no deaths, <2h run time, and no rule breaks. 

• Winner announced on the Mine Spiders socials and paid via a mutually arranged method communicated through email. 

Content & Conduct

• Follow your platform’s Terms of Service and local laws.

• Keep content compliant; violations may result in disqualification.

Additional Terms

• Eligibility: Open where lawful; void where prohibited. You are responsible for any local taxes/fees.

• Purchase: Steam proof of purchase is required for verification.

• One (1) winner total for this challenge. If two runs finish close together, the earliest valid email timestamp wins.

• Disqualification: We may disqualify entries for rule violations, tampering, or incomplete/inauthentic materials.

• Rights: By entering, you grant us permission to feature your username, likeness, and clips of your run for winner announcement and promo.

• Not affiliated with Valve/Steam, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or any social platform.

• YOU WILL KNOW THE GAME IS FINISHED WHEN YOU MAKE IT OUT OF THE MINE AND THE HELICOPTER IS SEEN AND HEARD ABOVE YOU.
